Lentiscelle is the last resort of Marina di Camerota accessible by car, is placed near the punta Zancale with the homonymous Tower. Via a staircase and a short path you can go up the tower and enjoy a splendid view of the coast and on the eastern side of the country. The beach is 500 meters long, behind him stood up olive trees and there are several caves not open to visitors but visible. Among the various caves are to remember that the lock and the cave of Lentiscelle that housed a recreation of the legendary Leone di Caprera boat schooner of transatlantic accomplished in the second half of the nineteenth century, preserved in the Museum of science and technology in Milan. At the far side of the cave trail begins in the Mediterranean leading to Porto Infreschi.
On the beach there are several beaches equipped with snack bars and restaurants, where you can also rent pedal boats and canoes.
Large beach, the beach is sand mixed with gravel depending on the part where you park. The bottom is mostly sandy, shallow, suitable for families with small children. Easily accessible by car as by foot, from the road leads directly to the beach and behind the beach there is a large parking lot.
From here the beaches are accessible by boat or through more or less passable dirt roads and trails mostly on foot (about 1 hour to 2 hours up to Port and Parrie Infreschi). The coastal road that leads down to the beach is now offering a breathtaking view, for this we recommend to walk and come pick up a boat to enjoy the beauties of Cilento.
